Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate treatments for different surfaces.
• Manage outdoor work tasks including patio cleaning, outdoor furniture maintenance, and debris removal when necessary.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to manual handling guidelines for heavy lifting or moving furniture.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service that fosters trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with janitorial or custodial background preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients regarding their preferences.
• Experience in housekeeper management or supervising other staff is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work outdoors when needed and adapt to various household environments.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
