True Blue Hospitality proudly operates six hotels across the Charleston, SC area. We’re dedicated to providing award-winning guest service and are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our team at the Comfort Suites Charleston West Ashley.
The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Agent who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. This position requires flexibility to work both 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shifts.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Handle billing and process payments accurately
- Manage guest flow and information in our property management system
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain a professional appearance (uniform and nametag provided)
- Uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence in customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented team player
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hotel experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
- Reliable transportation and a working phone required
