We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Front Desk Night Audit to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins, ensuring a positive first impression
- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile financial transactions using property management systems (PMS)
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including reservations, payments, and adjustments
- Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks to ensure the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues promptly
- Follow hotel emergency procedures and protocols to ensure guest safety at all times
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong knowledge of property management systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude and phone etiquette
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and night audit processes
- Ability to handle customer service problem-solving efficiently and professionally
- Exceptional communication skills for client interaction via phone or in person during late hours
- Previous resort experience or hotel experience is preferred to understand the nuances of hospitality operations
