Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure optimal cleanliness.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and buffing floors to preserve their appearance and safety.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally during visits.
- Manage janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
- Assist with special cleaning projects including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, or deep sanitation as required.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and floor care techniques to uphold hygiene and safety.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously.
- Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus.
- Experience with carpet cleaning and upholstery maintenance enhances your versatility.
