Job Summary:
Comfort Suites is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. Housekeepers are responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and meet Choice Hotels brand standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in providing an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Change bed linens and replace towels and guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and disinfect all assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Follow Choice Hotels cleanliness and safety standards.
- Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within required timeframes.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
