About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Front Desk Manager to lead our front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a dedicated leader who is willing and able to cover front desk shifts as needed, especially during peak times, call-offs, or staffing shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Train, coach, and schedule front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Step in to cover front desk shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and manage guest satisfaction scores and operational metrics
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and hotel procedures
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or Manager in a hotel environment
  • Proven ability to lead a team and maintain high service standards
  • Flexible and reliable — must be available to work any shift as needed
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, etc.) preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree a plus

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
