Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various front desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports.
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
• Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments.
• Address guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure security protocols are followed during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
