Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseman to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order throughout our facility, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks across various areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces
• Assist with janitorial responsibilities, including trash removal and restocking supplies
• Support housekeeping management by ensuring all cleaning protocols are followed efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
• Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial, industrial cleaning, or custodial roles is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning supplies is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
• Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus but not mandatory
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
