Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service hours
• Assist with food preparation, including slicing, plating, and presenting breakfast items according to safety and quality standards
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival; provide friendly and efficient guest service throughout their breakfast experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, buffet stations, kitchen equipment, and service utensils in compliance with food safety regulations
• Buss tables promptly after guests finish dining; clear plates, utensils, and empty glasses to uphold a tidy environment
• Support catering or banquet setups when needed, including delivering food to designated areas.
• Follow proper food handling procedures; ensure dietary restrictions are respected and communicated effectively.
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering guest inquiries; communicate clearly and professionally at all times
• Follow the QAR.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality preferred; kitchen experience is highly valued .
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster guest relations.
• Basic cleaning skills; ability to maintain high standards of hygiene in all work areas
