What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant Part Time Weekends position at Comfort Suites Hotel?
Responsibilities
- Prepare foods for breakfast for small breakfast buffet.
- Stock and maintain the serving area during hours of operation (6 am-10 am) to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Set up and tear down the serving area to the standard of the hotel
- Keep the serving area clean during hours of operation. Make sure the serving area is completely clean before leaving for the day. Wipe down all counters, appliances, and sinks, mop floors, vacuum floors, and clean off furniture.
- Wash all serving dishes and utensils at the end of service
- Properly store food to conform to health standards
- Be able to preform other light cleaning duties as required and needed during your shift
- Report to work on time and in proper and clean uniform, including name tag.
- Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations. Be up to date with all changes, new procedures and events
- Have knowledge about guest rooms, locations, amenities, features and all other services offered by the hotel
- Assist fellow associates in their jobs when able to improve daily operations of the hotel
- Greet all guests immediately and offer assistance before the guest needs to ask. Focus your total attention on the guest
- Must be able to work weekends
- Scheduled work hours are 5:30 am-11 am
The hotel business operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. The hotel depends on individual employees for sparks of personality and smooth operation. If a player is missing, the show can’t go on. You are that important to our team.
