Job Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at Superior Oasis. In this role, you’ll ensure our rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your leadership will directly impact the guest experience and uphold the reputation for excellence that Comfort Suites is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across the hotel
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation
- Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff on cleaning standards and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as necessary
- Address and resolve guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures to maximize productivity
- Collaborate with the front desk, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth hotel operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, with supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong understanding of hotel cleaning practices, tools, and safety guidelines
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and guest-focused mindset
- Familiarity with cleaning supply inventory management a plus
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
