We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and maintaining automated systems.
- Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and efficiency.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Conduct inspections of electrical systems, machinery, and other equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and other departments regarding maintenance needs and updates.
Skills
- Strong background in facilities maintenance with hands-on experience in electrical systems.
