Position Responsibilities
Ability to work 2 pm to 9 pm.
- Greet every guest warmly and offer assistance upon arrival.
- Register and assign rooms, verify payments, and manage reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, folios, and payments efficiently and accurately.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, concerns, and questions.
- Maintain cash control, complete operational paperwork, and communicate effectively with teammates and management.
- Support breakfast area operations (setup, takedown, and guest assistance).
- Perform light housekeeping in lobby areas (mopping, dusting, sweeping, glass cleaning).
- Conduct periodic safety and security checks throughout the shift.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and take immediate action to resolve issues following Choice Service Standards.
- Complete Comfort Suites Choice University training within the first 30 days of employment.
- Relay vital shift information clearly through written, computer, and verbal communication.
Requirements
- Dependable and punctual; report to work promptly for each scheduled shift.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred (training provided).
