What are the responsibilities and job description for the GUEST ROOM ATTENDANT position at Comfort Suites Bloomsburg?

This role is vital to maintaining our high cleanliness standards and overall guest experience.
Duties:
- Cleaning of guestrooms on a daily basis.
- Replacing all linen and towels in the room.
- Vacuuming and dusting.
- Replacing guest supplies.
- Thorough bathroom cleaning.
- Wall cleaning, mirrors and windows.
- Kneel, squat, bending and standing for extended periods of time.
- Following the procedures for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and some public areas as outlined by Choice Hotels International.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Prompt reporting to work shift.
- Time keeping, light paperwork and some computer training.
- Detail oriented.
- Takes pride in a job well done.
- Successfully completes Choice University training in first 30 days.
- Some light curb appeal duties and cleaning of common areas required.
- Weekends and Holidays a must.
