Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas following established procedures
- Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and supplies to ensure guest comfort
- Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas like lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells in accordance with standards
- Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively while adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Prior hotel or industrial cleaning experience is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks
