Responsibilities

- Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures

- Enforce staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, and hospitality management

Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Strong background in inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures, cash cash handling, and management.
- Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality management roles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ability to train staff effectively in cash handling, service protocols, and safety regulations
- Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing operational efficiency
- Familiarity with breakfast services, hotel food service is a plus
- Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates and developing team members' skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles with a focus on team management and shift supervision
