Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and custodial spaces to verify cleanliness standards are met consistently.
- Manage cleaning schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor progress to optimize team productivity.
- Oversee sanitation procedures related to hotel or hospitality environments, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety guidelines.
- Implement cleaning & sanitation management strategies that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Address guest or client concerns promptly with excellent customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
Skills
- Extensive experience in cleaning operations with a focus on sanitation and custodial services.
- Proven staff supervision and team management skills with previous supervising experience in similar settings.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, and janitorial operations.
- Effective managerial communication skills to lead teams confidently and coordinate with other departments.
