What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Supervisor position at Comfort Suites Alexandria?
Check guest in and out of hotel. Assist guest as needed to ensure a pleasant stay at the hotel. Assist General Manager with hiring, managing, scheduling, training and ensuring franchisor and company policies and procedures are followed by the front desk staff. Communicate with sales, housekeeping and maintenance staffs to ensure guest experience is the best it can be. Fulfill role of Manager on Duty when General Manager is not on property.
