What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Comfort Suites Alexandria?
Check guest in and out of hotel. Assist guest as needed to ensure a pleasant stay at the hotel. Some cash handling is necessary. Make reservations as needed. Answer phones in polite manner. Other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
