Overview:
Comfort Solutions is hiring an Office Administrator to be the face and voice of our branch location. In this role, you'll handle incoming calls, book service and sales appointments, support the field team through scheduling and data entry, and greet customers in person at our office or showroom. You'll play a key role in providing a seamless customer experience while supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our service teams moving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately or assist the customer directly
- Book service and sales appointments in ServiceTitan with attention to technician availability and customer needs
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments as needed for field teams
- Enter customer data, job notes, and follow-up information into the system accurately
- Create and send invoices; assist with collecting payments when needed
- Greet customers who visit the office or showroom and direct them to appropriate staff
- Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office or front desk area

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of office, administrative, or customer service experience
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred

- Comfort with data entry, invoicing, and computer-based scheduling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor and appearance
- Must pass background check and drug screening
