Comfort Solutions/Math Mechanical a subsidiary of Paramount Mechanical Corp a leading Mechanical firm specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, and Medical Gas maintenance, service and projects throughout the Tidewater area. Known for our commitment to quality and innovation, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company in the Tidewater, VA area, helping customers find the right HVAC, Plumbing, and Medical Gas solutions for their needs. You will collaborate closely with contractors, owners, and business clients to provide product recommendations, quotes, and support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their HVAC, Plumbing, and Medical Gas needs. Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on customer requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Estimate MEP solutions utilizing the software tools available. Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales orders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related sales preferred.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications.
• Ability to create accurate MEP contract and solution estimates
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of BuildOps a plus, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks.

DOE Commission

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
