Position Summary: As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This includes inspecting, cleaning, testing, and tuning up equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. You'll build strong customer relationships through honest communication and attention to detail, often becoming the technician homeowners request by name!
Work Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday, overtime as required
Pay Range: $24 - $30 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- At least 1 year of HVAC maintenance or service experience
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance best practices
- 1–3 years HVAC experience preferred
- Must be comfortable using a multimeter
- Ability to diagnose basic electrical components
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Trade school completion is a plus
- Great communication and customer service skills
- EPA certification (we can help you obtain it if needed)
