Clinical Duties as DONPatient Care Oversight
- Supervise nurses, PT OT HHA , and caregivers
- Conduct patient assessments and reassessments
- Develop and monitor individualized care plans
- Ensure quality and safe patient care
- Review nursing notes and documentation
Compliance & Regulations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal homecare regulations
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality standards
- Prepare for audits, surveys, and inspections
- Monitor infection control and safety procedures
- Ensure staff documentation is accurate and complete
Quality Assurance
- Investigate incidents, complaints, and concerns
- Implement corrective action plans
- Monitor patient satisfaction and care outcomes
- Ensure agency policies and procedures are followed
Field Marketing DutiesCommunity & Referral Outreach
- Visit hospitals, rehab centers, physician offices, and nursing homes
- Build strong relationships with referral sources
- Promote agency services to healthcare professionals and the community
- Attend networking events and healthcare fairs
Client & Referral Management
- Follow up on referrals promptly
- Educate families and clients about available services
- Assist with patient admissions and intake coordination
- Maintain communication with referral partners
Agency Growth & Branding
- Increase agency census and client retention
- Promote the agency through presentations and community engagement
- Support social media and marketing efforts
- Represent the agency professionally in the community
Reporting & Communication
- Provide weekly updates on referrals and marketing activities
- Track referral trends and conversion rates
- Communicate market needs and feedback to agency leadership
