What You’ll Do
Return to Vendor (RTV) Management
- Prepare and ship returntovendor merchandise.
- Follow vendor return procedures.
- Track RTV shipments and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up to ensure vendor credits are received.
- Identify and document damaged merchandise.
- Submit vendor claims with proper documentation.
- Track open claims and follow up until credits are received.
- Maintain accurate damage records.
- Track and organize mismatched inventory.
- Attempt to match incomplete pairs when possible.
- Maintain accurate mismate records.
- Prepare eligible items for return or transfer.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory record corrections.
- Support store and warehouse teams during biannual inventories.
- Help maintain an organized inventory environment.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of warehouse, inventory, or retail experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using computers and inventory systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- RTVs processed accurately and on time.
- Vendor credits received consistently.
- Mismates tracked and reduced.
- Inventory discrepancies resolved quickly.
