Local, Family-Owned HVAC Company Hiring an HVAC New Construction Lead Installer
We’re looking for a dependable HVAC New Construction Lead Installer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with their hands, and thrives in a team setting.
What You'll Do:
- Install HVAC systems in residential new construction, remodels, and replacements (furnaces, heat pumps, condensing units, ductwork)
- Supervise and manage a team of 2-3 installation technicians
- Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and documentation are in place before beginning each job
- Provide clear direction, support, and training to junior installers
- Set equipment, run ductwork, and perform start-ups
- Read and follow plans and specifications
- Ensure installations meet all applicable local code requirements, manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Pick up and deliver equipment and parts as needed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all company procedures and safety protocols
Requirements:
- 1 years of HVAC lead installation experience preferred
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work from heights, and crawl in tight spaces
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Basic tools and a strong work ethic
