Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, awake overnight supervision
- Assist with toileting, mobility, and repositioning as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor safety and respond to client needs during the night
- Light housekeeping and assistance with morning routines
- Document care and communicate with the care team
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care, CNA, HHA, etc.)
- Ability to stay awake and alert for the duration of the overnight shift
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work independently in a client’s home
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
