Comfort Keepers is seeking a high-performing Operations Manager / Market Leader to oversee and grow one of our fastest-growing territories.
This is not a traditional ops manager role.
We are looking for an operationally strong leader who can drive performance, build relationships, develop referral partnerships, lead teams, create accountability, and help scale a thriving home care business.
The ideal candidate thinks like an owner, acts like a coach, and leads with both heart and accountability.

What You’ll Own
As Market Leader, you will have responsibility for five critical areas:
People
- Lead, coach, and develop office staff and caregivers
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and accountability
- Create a culture of excellence, ownership, and service
Operations
- Oversee daily operations and client service delivery
- Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and client satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational scorecards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Growth
- Develop and strengthen referral relationships throughout the community
- Build partnerships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physicians, senior living communities, case managers, elder law attorneys, and community organizations
- Represent Comfort Keepers at networking events and industry functions
- Support growth initiatives that increase revenue and market share
Client Experience
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and client outcomes
- Resolve escalated client concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain industry-leading satisfaction levels
Financial Performance
- Monitor revenue, staffing efficiency, margins, and operational performance
- Utilize scorecards and KPIs to drive results
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth and profitability goals

Experience managing people, budgets, KPIs, and growth initiatives is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- 5 years leadership experience
- Proven operational management experience
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience leading teams through growth and change
- Ability to analyze KPIs and drive accountability
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
