LEAD CAREGIVER - FULL TIME

We're seeking an experienced, compassionate Lead Caregiver who enjoys mentoring others, building relationships, and providing exceptional care to seniors in their homes. This role is instrumental in ensuring every client receives a Platinum Care Experience and every caregiver feels supported, confident, and connected to the Comfort Keepers team.
What You'll Do
- Mentor, train, and support new caregivers
- Introduce caregivers to new clients and help ensure successful care matches
- Complete supervisory visits
- Provide hands-on care including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping
- Start new clients and fill in for open shifts and support clients during caregiver absences
- Help maintain exceptional client satisfaction and caregiver engagement
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
- Ensure documentation meets Comfort Keepers and Minnesota Department of Health standards
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of professional caregiving experience (CNA preferred)
- 1 years of leadership, coaching, mentoring, and/ or training experience
- Experience supporting seniors with dementia, hospice, assisted living, long-term care, or home care needs
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening
- Ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro area with mileage and time reimbursement. Travel to cities such as Bloomington, Maple Grove, Burnsville, Inver Grove Heights, Plymouth, Hopkins, Fridley, Eden Prairie, Chaska, Long Lake
- Comfortable working in homes with dogs and/or cats
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, texting, and email
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
