Because we serve clients throughout the Grand Forks region, travel is an important part of this position. Comfort Keepers compensates caregivers for travel time between client visits, and we also provide additional compensation for long-distance assignments through a set mileage and travel-time reimbursement rate.

To provide the high-quality care our clients deserve, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Safe, reliable vehicle
- Ability and willingness to drive throughout our service area
- Comfort Keepers serves clients throughout Grand Forks and the surrounding communities, including East Grand Forks, Crookston, Larimore, Thompson, Emerado, Northwood, and other communities within approximately a 60-mile (one-hour) radius. Caregivers must be able and willing to travel anywhere within our service area as needed. Long-distance assignments are compensated at a predetermined mileage and travel-time rate.
- Ability to safely drive in varying weather conditions and travel to multiple client homes throughout the day.
