We are looking for exceptional individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of seniors while helping them age with grace and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

We are a family-owned agency serving the Fargo/Moorhead area, dedicated to providing high-quality in-home care and supporting our caregivers with flexible, rewarding work opportunities.

No Experience Necessary

We provide paid, on-the-job training—no prior caregiving experience is required.

Companion/ Homemaker Responsibilities Include

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Personal care and mobility assistance
• Companionship and emotional support
• Communication and social engagement
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to and from appointments
• Running errands and grocery shopping
  
  

We are hiring for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Scheduling is flexible and based on your availability, making this a great opportunity for students, parents, and retirees.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
