About the Role
The Client Care Coordinator will routinely act as a Client and Family Advocate to provide excellent personal care services allowing seniors to maintain their independence in the comfort of their homes. You’ll be the one families trust when care plans change. The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring overall achievement of revenue objectives for an assigned territory as well as managing operations within the territory.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Client and Family Advocate to match and select caregivers that will provide excellent in-home, non-medical personal care services.
- Ensure overall achievement of revenue objectives for an assigned territory.
- Manage operations within the territory.
- Respond to changes in care plans.
Required Skills
- Experience in coordinating health care or working in health care setting a plus.
- Experience in sales/marketing a plus.
- Creative business mind with proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor.
- Compassionate people’s skills are a must.
