Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role located in various locations of Milpitas, San Jose, Fremont and Palo Alto. The Caregiver will assist seniors with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments. Additional responsibilities include providing companionship, fostering safe and clean living environments, and supporting clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility support
- Ability to prepare nutritious meals and perform light housekeeping tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for companionship and relationship-building with clients
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices, including supporting medication routines
- Reliable and compassionate attitude with a strong desire to help others
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior caregiving experience is a plus
- First aid and CPR certification is an advantage
