Pay Rates
- Cumberland Area Clients:
- CNA: $16.00/hour PCA: $15.00/hour
- Garrett County Clients (Oakland & surrounding areas):
- CNA: $17.00 /hour PCA: $16.00 /hour
Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver / CNA / PCA , you will support seniors with:
- Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Companionship and conversation
- Mobility and ambulation support
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Transportation for errands or appointments Maintaining a safe and positive home environment
Caregiver Qualifications
We welcome both new and experienced caregivers. Prior experience as a CNA, PCA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide is a plus.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- CPR Certification preferred Compassionate, professional, and reliable attitude
