Comfort Keepers® is seeking a warm, outgoing, and community-minded Client Care & Community Outreach Coordinator to lead efforts in growing our client base and building relationships throughout the senior care community.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, helping seniors, achieving goals, can confidently communicate with healthcare and senior service professionals, and has the empathy and knowledge to guide families through the in-home care journey. What You’ll Do:
Community Engagement & Referral Development
- Cultivate relationships with referral sources including hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, hospice organizations and more to help build new business within the territory
- Attend and represent Comfort Keepers at community events, health fairs, networking groups, and senior programs
- Execute local marketing and outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with Comfort Keepers brand standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on new leads and referral opportunities
Client Care Coordination
- Meet with prospective clients and families to assess needs and explain Comfort Keepers services
- Guide families through onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to care
- Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans
- Provide ongoing communication with clients and families to support satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in senior care, healthcare marketing, or client service coordination
- Sales and marketing experience
- Background in senior living, healthcare outreach, or in-home care preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare, communications, marketing, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel across the territory
Skills & Traits
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic communicator
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Possess basic social media skills—including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn—to maintain consistent local postings and assist with implementing simple marketing campaigns that increase community visibility
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, email communication, and social media posting
