Comfort Keepers is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and relationship-driven Community Liaison / Business Development Representative to help expand our presence throughout the Tulsa metro area, while spending approximately one day per week developing relationships in the Edmond/Oklahoma City market.

Position Summary

The Community Liaison serves as the face of Comfort Keepers throughout the Tulsa market and will also support growth initiatives in the Edmond and Oklahoma City area, too.


This role focuses on:

โœ” Building referral source relationships

โœ” Generating qualified leads and new client opportunities

โœ” Expanding community awareness of our services and philosophy

โœ” Developing strategic partnerships

โœ” Representing Comfort Keepers at local events

โœ” Supporting sustainable business growth


This is a field-based position with significant time spent networking, visiting referral sources, attending events, and building relationships throughout the community.


What You'll Do


1.Referral Source Development

a.Generate and nurture referrals

b.Conduct regular face-to-face visits with 25-50 referral partners --> Follow up on inquiries and prospects

c.Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals:

  • Physician groups and concierge medical practices
  • Hospital discharge planners
  • Case managers and social workers
  • Senior placement advisors/specialists
  • Home health agencies
  • Hospice providers
  • Rehabilitation & Skilled nursing facilities
  • Independent and assisted living communities
  • VA professionals and veterans organizations

2.Community Outreach

Build relationships with non-medical professionals:

  • Senior centers, food pantries and other non-profits focused on the elderly
  • Churches and other faith-based organizations
  • Elder law, estate & trust attorneys
  • Financial planners and wealth advisors
  • Insurance professionals
  • Community organizations serving seniors and veterans such as VFW

3.Social Media Marketing & Event Planning

a.Weekly posts on FaceBook, LinkedIn, and

b.Represent Comfort Keepers at:

  • Health fairs
  • Senior expos
  • Chamber of Commerce events
  • Networking groups
  • Alzheimer's Assoc. and Parkinson's Foundation programs & seminars
  • National Day of Joyยฎ
  • Walk to End Alzheimer'sยฎ
  • Feed Seniors Nowยฎ

4. & Relationship Management & Record Keeping

  • Assist with consultations and client introductions as needed
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting

Success will be measured through relationship development, pipeline activity, referrals generated, and overall contribution to agency growth. Compensation is base salary plus commissions on revenue generated.

Required Qualifications & Characteristics

  • 7-10 years previous sales, business development, healthcare, marketing, or community outreach experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned territories
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook & Teams and CRM systems
  • Ability to attend occasional morning, evening, and community events

  • Owasso

  • Plus approximately one day per week focused on referral development and community outreach in Edmond and the Oklahoma City market.
