Position OverviewComfort Keepers of Rockville and Frederick is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys building relationships, and wants to develop a career in healthcare recruiting and human resources.
You’ll play a vital role in attracting and onboarding compassionate caregivers who embody the Comfort Keepers mission. You will work closely with our General Manager and Clinical Director to ensure that we recruit and retain high-quality caregivers to meet the needs of our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit caregivers through online platforms, job fairs, community outreach, and referrals.
Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate records.
Support onboarding, credentialing, and training coordination.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure staffing goals are met for both Rockville and Frederick locations.
Represent Comfort Keepers professionally in all recruitment and community engagement efforts.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced office environment.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, online job boards, ATS systems).
Enthusiasm for helping others and promoting a culture of care and compassion.
Prior recruiting, HR, or customer service experience a plus—but not required. Training will be provided.
