What We Offer:
Flexible scheduling: Choose your hours, Monday through Friday
No nights, or holidays required
Part-time opportunities available
$28.00 – $32.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized plans of care
Serve as a clinical liaison between caregivers, physicians, families, and the office team
Train, guide, and support caregivers on care plans and safe practices
Monitor client progress and revise care plans as needed
Ensure compliance with state home care regulations and agency policies
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Georgia (Required)
BLS Certification (Required)
2 years of RN experience in home health, geriatrics, or related field (Preferred)
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Clean background and driving record
