Comfort Keepers is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Client Care Manager to join our Monroe Township team!

You'll build relationships with seniors and their families, coordinate personalized care, support caregivers, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service. We're looking for a go-getter who takes initiative, stays organized, and loves making a difference!

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans.

• Coordinate new client starts and ongoing services.

• Conduct supervisory visits and wellness check-ins.

• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.

• Solve problems, address concerns, and adjust services as needs change.

• Partner with scheduling to ensure quality care and appropriate caregiver matches.

• Promote client satisfaction, retention, and agency growth.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• A proactive team player who takes ownership and follows through.
