- Front Desk attendant
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other activities based on guests needs

- Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role via computer
- Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed
- Answering calls and queries related to potential bookings
