Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk/Night Auditor and become the welcoming face of our hotel during evening hours! Responsibilities

Night Auditors start breakfast at 5am and must be done by 6am. Must maintain the breakfast til breakfast attendant comes in at 6am.

Also to assist with any laundry: to wash and fold if needed. This area is by the front desk in back office. Cameras are present to see the entire hotel.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing professional and friendly customer service at all times.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Conduct night audit procedures by reviewing daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy of hotel records.
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of the property, and controlling access to the premises.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring all guest information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests, vendors, and team members across multi-line phone systems.
• Support guest services by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options in multiple languages if applicable.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly during your shift.
• Document shift activities thoroughly through shift reports, incident logs, and other necessary records to maintain operational transparency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; previous night audit or hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing guest interactions across diverse populations.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and basic accounting or night audit procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards including phone etiquette, guest relations, and security protocols.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a resort or hotel setting that values energetic team members dedicated to guest satisfaction. Pay: $16.75 - $18.00 per hour
