Position: Morning & Evening Front Desk Associate
Shift(s): 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and a can-do attitude.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay.
- Handle reservations and inquiries with efficiency and enthusiasm.
- Embrace the challenge of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Customer service superstar with a flair for making guests feel at home.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a hotel undergoing a fabulous makeover.
- Comfortable using computer systems for check-ins, reservations, and general tasks.
