What You'll Do:
- Maintain Immaculate Spaces: Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold our impeccable standards.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure that all rooms are spotless, well-stocked, and equipped with essential amenities, creating a cozy and comfortable environment for our guests.
- Guest Interaction: Provide courteous and friendly service, addressing guest requests and special instructions with professionalism and care.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping team members and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
What A Typical Day Looks Like:
- Start Times: Housekeeping starts at 9AM Monday-Friday and 10 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Each day starts with a Team Rally Meeting for 5-10 minutes.
- Assigned Boards: Each of our amazing housekeeping team members is assigned a list of rooms to clean. This list is typically between 10-12 rooms per person, but could be more/ less depending on occupancy fluctuations. Additionally, one to two public areas are assigned to be cleaned so the whole hotel can be refreshed daily for guests.
- Duration of Day: Our budget for room times is 30 minutes per room, so being assigned 10-12 rooms per day, you can plan on working for about 6-6.5 hours. This can be different. Our goal is to have all rooms cleaned by 3PM.

Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required – we're willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
