We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all bathrooms are clean, stocked with necessary supplies, and in good working order.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
