Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Provide exceptional guest services by offering local information, amenities, and hospitality recommendations
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure smooth communication across all front desk operations
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations
- Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
- Previous hotel experience in resort or hospitality environments is highly desirable
