We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage night audit processes, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with excellent customer service skills
- Maintain accurate records using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming throughout the shift
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and vendors
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor security procedures during night hours to ensure guest safety
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately and efficiently
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse guests
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of service
- Hospitality industry knowledge including previous Choice Hotels Experience Preferred
