Responsibilities
- Conduct overnight audits to reconcile daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA and other hospitality reservation platforms.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests, ensuring adherence to phone etiquette and hospitality standards.
- Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform safety inspections, and implement hotel emergency procedures when necessary.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with hotel policies.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, offering multilingual support if applicable, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout the night.
- Support the overall management of hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently and communicate clearly via phone and in person.
- Experience handling night audit procedures and understanding hotel emergency protocols is highly desirable.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance guest communication and service delivery.
- Previous resort experience or working in a high-volume hotel environment will be advantageous for success in this role.
