Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and ready for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including microwaves, toasters, coffee machines, and food warmers
- Serve guests in person with friendly, attentive customer service while managing food presentation and refills
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel breakfast, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures
- Ability to handle manual task
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor in in-person interactions
- Basic math skills for inventory management
