Join our Comfort Inn team as a Breakfast Attendant and be the welcoming face of our morning service! In this role, you will ensure a smooth and delightful breakfast experience for all our guests by preparing and serving delicious morning meal, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, and providing exceptional guest service. Duties
- A breakfast attendant is responsible for ensuring a pleasant and smooth experience for guests during breakfast hours at the hotel. Typical duties include:
- Setting Up the Breakfast Area: Preparing and arranging the breakfast buffet or station, ensuring food and beverages are ready before service starts.
Candidate must be able to from 6am to 11am and available for weekends & holidays.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the breakfast area clean, wiping tables, and promptly clearing away used dishes.
- Replenishing Food: Ensuring that food, beverages, and utensils are continuously available and well-stocked during the service.
- Assisting Guests: Helping guests with their food choices, answering questions, and accommodating special requests such as dietary needs.
- Compliance with Health Standards: Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
- Post-Service Cleanup: Cleaning up after breakfast service, including washing dishes, breaking down food stations, and disposing of waste.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess and server.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations including food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure guest health and safety.
- Strong communication skills and guest relations abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service.
