Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and ready for service
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, kitchen equipment, and storage spaces
• Buss tables promptly to keep the dining area tidy and welcoming for guests
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly, and answering any questions

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly preferred
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Strong communication skills and friendly etiquette to assist guests effectively
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and bending
• Familiarity with cleaning routines, bussing tables, and maintaining a hygienic environment
• A proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create memorable guest experiences
