- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously
- Operate the phone system to answer, screen, or forward calls as necessary
- Assist with reservations and cancellations, ensuring accuracy of bookings
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage
- Familiarity with guest services and guest relations best practices
