Hotel Front Desk Agent (Part Time Hours)

We are currently searching for a part time front desk agent. Ideal applicants will be flexible and willing to work multiple shifts; including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled and as needed.

EXPECTED HOURS VARY BETWEEN 16-24 HOURS PER WEEK WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR MORE SHALL THE NEED ARISE.

Front Desk Agent duties include but are not limited to;

• Check guests in/out
• Answer guest questions
• Take reservations over the phone
• Handle guest requests and complaints to the best of your ability
• Ensure that all guest information including payment information, phone numbers, addresses, and names are correct
• Perform night audit
• Start breakfast
• Sweep/Mop/Vacuum in the lobby and office
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Look after the property to ensure safety and security
• Follow instructions and tasks as delegated by management

The ideal candidate will be someone who is friendly, reliable, organized, hard-working, can follow simple rules, and can take pride in their work.

Experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Paid one-on-one training is provided on the job.

Candidate must have their own form of reliable transportation, be able to commute to work, and hold a valid US driver's license.

• - 1st Shift 8AM-4PM
• - 2nd Shift 4PM-12AM
• - 3rd Shift 12AM-8AM
